The Catskill Elks #1341 is sponsoring a Fall festival, a charitable fundraising event to support our community-focused initiatives. As a fraternal organization, we are dedicated to giving back to our community, including students, veterans, and seniors.

ENTERTAINMENT
The Tailgate Band is a high-energy country and rock cover band based in the scenic Hudson Valley, New York. AGREEMENT
- Site Fee $50.00 (non-refundable)
- Set Up Event Day 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- First come, first serve basis - Vendor will be notified of receipt of application via email.
- Catskill Elks 1341 is not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or any injury/damage during event.
- Vendor must provide own equipment i.e. canopy tent, table, chairs, etc. ( No electric available)
- Event will be advertised including but not limited t Radio, Newspaper, Facebook, Instagram & local signage.
- Application and check made payable to Catskill Elks 1341 must be submitted no later than Sept. 15th, 2025.
